Alston Magic Number 2
Welcome all to the story of Kara and Luke. I am sure you are wondering why the strange title? Please explain? Kara Alston is the twin sister to Emily Alston who married Aaron last year and I had the lovely privilage of photographing. Both Emily, Kara, Mum Cathryn and Dad Mark all have the email address of “Alston Magic” . For some time I thought they owned a circus or a magic show, they dont, but what this family has is pretty magical. Never in my life have I seen a family filled with so much love and laughter than the Alstons. But more on this shortly. Kara married Luke on a beautiful cloudy, September day at Hope Island Resort. We started the day with the ladies and a very chilled out Kara looking amazing with a little help from Meg at Style Fusion who looked after all the ladies and did a smashing job as usual.

Some beautiful flowers for a beautiful bride, I love trumpets. These were put together by the same lady that Mark has been buying flowers from for his girls for over 20 years…awwwww meow.

This is Alston Magic, please note all of the family shots are filled with laughter and lots and lots and lots of love.

Kara looking fantastic!
We left the ladies to see how the boys were getting on. Now apparently these little cars are golf carts…Fancy!

Meet Luke….The force is strong with him.

The carts were a definite centerpiece for the ceremony.

A kiss from Mum to begin a beautiful ceremony.

More Alston Magic….can I tell you how much my face aches after being around this family?

We had such a beautiful day for photos and Hope Island is a wonderful location. Did I tell you I get excited about clouds, they are a big reason why I love photography so much. Bride + Clouds = Happy Denise

Luke didnt realise that his Dad wrote this little message on his shoes just in case of emergency…hillarious!

Kara, Luke what a great day. It is my absolute pleasure to be apart of the family (well this is the way i feel) I asked Mark if he has any more daughters left. I love the Alston magic and I know that you two will continue this special gift for many, many years to come. Congratulations again and thank you for letting me be apart of your day.
x Denise
